Orders are packaged with care and shipped via PostNL/GLS, so that your order arrives to you safely and on time.

Shipping time

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 5pm the same day, so you can receive your products as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on orders of €100 or more within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Postage costs

Shipping costs apply for orders under €100 and orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, which vary per country. Below you can see the rates:

Packaging

Our packaging is designed to protect the products well, so the chance of damage during shipping is nil. We do our utmost to ensure that your order arrives to you in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges

At Hoyde Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product is not to your liking, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

How does it work?

Register your return via info@hoyde-bags.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you a return label.

Return Costs (NL & BE)

For shipments from the Netherlands and Belgium, we offer the following options:

  • Exchange or Voucher: If you choose another product or a store credit, the return label is completely free.
  • Refund: If you choose a refund, we will deduct €6.50 in return costs from the total refund amount.

International Returns

Do you live outside the Netherlands or Belgium? In this case, return costs are at your own expense, and you must arrange the shipment yourself via a carrier of your choice.

Return Procedure

  1. Registration: Email us for your label (NL/BE) or register your international return.
  2. Packaging: Pack the product securely in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories.
  3. Shipping: Drop off the package at a shipping point.

Note: Products must be returned in their original condition for smooth processing.
