Here you will find the answers to our most frequently asked questions. If the answer you are looking for is not available, do not hesitate to contact us, our team will be happy to help you.

Order & Delivery

Your parcel will be delivered to the desired address from Monday to Saturday. If you place an order before 17:00, your order will be dispatched the same day. It usually takes 1 working day to deliver your order within The Netherlands/Belgium and around 2 a 3 days in the rest of Europe.

Shipping costs are 5,95 for orders under 100,- within NL. Want to see rates for other countries? Then you can do so here.

The day before you receive your parcel, we will send you an e-mail with the Track & Trace information from PostNL or GLS. The Track & Trace information allows you to follow your parcel and shows you the expected delivery time.

Change & Returns

Returns & Exchanges
You can return your order within 14 days. For NL & BE, we provide a return label. For a refund, we deduct €6.50 in return costs. Read here how the return procedure works.

Prefer an exchange or voucher?
The return label is completely free! Email info@hoyde-bags.com to register your return.

Outside NL/BE, return costs are at your own expense.

Payment

At Høyde, you can pay safely and easily using various payment methods. We currently accept:

  • iDEAL (for Dutch banks)
  • Bancontact (for Belgian customers)
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal
  • Klarna (pay later)

Care & Maintenance

Our backpacks and laptop sleeves are not suitable for machine washing. We recommend cleaning them with a wet cloth and possibly some soap. Do not immerse the bag in water, but gently wipe away any stains with a cloth.
