Order & Delivery

Your parcel will be delivered to the desired address from Monday to Saturday. Parcels are packed and collected by the courier at 17:00 every working day. If you place an order before 16:00, your order will be dispatched the same day. It usually takes 1 working day to deliver your order within The Netherlands.

Shipping costs are 5,- for orders under 100,- within NL. Want to see rates for other countries? Then you can do so here.

The day before you receive your parcel, we will send you an e-mail with the Track & Trace information from PostNL or DPD. The Track & Trace information allows you to follow your parcel and shows you the expected delivery time.

Change & Returns

You can return your order in your own way within a 30-day thinkig period. Read how the return procedure works here. The return costs are at your own expense.

Yes, within a 30-day thinking period. Not satisfied with a colour of a product and want to exchange it? Mail hoydebags@gmail.com and we will look into the possibilities. Shipping costs are at your own expense.

Payment

iDeal With iDeal, you can pay online via the familiar online payment environment of your own bank.

Bancontact (Belgium) Belgian customers can easily pay with the physical card linked to credit in a Belgian bank account.

Credit card You can pay with your credit card. We accept Mastercard and Visacard.

PayPal PayPal is a global online payment system for individuals and online shops. Link your bank account or credit card and pay with your PayPal account in a few clicks.

Google Pay and Apple Pay are also accepted in our webshop.

Care & Maintenance

Our backpacks and laptop sleeves are not suitable for machine washing. We recommend cleaning them with a wet cloth and possibly some soap. Do not immerse the bag in water, but gently wipe away any stains with a cloth.
