FAQ
Your parcel will be delivered to the desired address from Monday to Saturday. If you place an order before 17:00, your order will be dispatched the same day. It usually takes 1 working day to deliver your order within The Netherlands/Belgium and around 2 a 3 days in the rest of Europe.
Shipping costs are 5,95 for orders under 100,- within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Want to see rates for other countries? Then you can do sohere.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return your order within 14 days. For NL & BE, we provide a return label. For a refund, we deduct €6.50 in return costs. Read here how the return procedure works.
Prefer an exchange or voucher?
The return label is completely free! Email info@hoyde-bags.com to register your return.
Outside NL/BE, return costs are at your own expense.
Our bags are not suitable for machine washing. We recommend cleaning them with a wet cloth and possibly some soap. Do not immerse the bag in water, but gently wipe away any stains with a cloth.
